How this unfollow checker works
Instead of logging into your account, the checker reads a file you already own: your Instagram data export. That file contains your complete followers and following lists, straight from Instagram.
Download your data from Instagram
In the Instagram app: Settings → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Download your information. Choose “Some of your information”, tick Followers and following, and pick JSON format.
Open the ZIP in the checker
